Dr. Ronald M. Ferguson, M.D., Ph.D. – Founder
Dr. Ronald Ferguson is currently Professor Emeritus of Surgery and past Executive Director of the Comprehensive Transplant Center at The Ohio State University. Dr. Ferguson served his surgical residency and transplant fellowship at University of Minnesota. After receiving his Ph.D., he moved to OSU in 1982. Over his career, Dr. Ferguson has held numerous leadership positions in academic medicine and transplantation. He has served as a consultant to many transplant programs.

Dr. Thomas E. Williams Jr., M.D., Ph.D.
Dr. Thomas Williams, Jr., completed his surgical internship at The Presbyterian Hospital in New York City in 1964 and his residency at The Ohio State University, where he is Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery. He won the “Excellence in Teaching” award for the Department of Surgery in 2004. Dr. Williams has contributed to more than 75 journal articles and presentations. He is author of “Consumer Driven Health Care” with Roger Blackwell and Alan Ayers, and “The Coming Shortage of Surgeons” with Bhagwan Satiani and E. Christopher Ellison. Some of his professional affiliations include the American Medical Association, the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, and the American Association for Thoracic Surgery.

Jeffrey M. Sneddon – Founder
Jeff holds joint positions at The Ohio State University Medical Center and at TransChart, LLC. In his capacity at The OSU Medical Center, he is the Assistant Director of Information Technology in the Comprehensive Transplant Center. He also leads TransChart development, in which he utilizes his expertise in clinical systems integrations to deploy these systems across multiple service lines. This includes integrations, operations, training and research and development. Prior to joining the Transplant Center in 2000, he served for six years as IT Director for the Department of Surgery. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in 1985 from The Ohio State University and has over 20 years of experience in health care. Jeff’s interests are in clinical systems integration, HIPAA compliance, and data mining.

Becky S. Miller, LPN, CCTC
Becky has 35 years clinical and research experience in the field of organ transplantation. Her background includes experience in clinical drug trials, many involving large multi-center trials. She is currently the Quality Coordinator for The OSU Medical Center Comprehensive Transplant Program. She maintains UNOS, CMS and Joint Commission compliance within all solid organ transplant groups. She is also an active member of the local ACRP chapter.
